Faulty /Damaged items We offer a 1 year return policy for faulty goods on most of our products. Fault or damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
I contacted Tu immediately by email, attaching a photograph of the faulty goods. I was advised to return them and make it clear that they were faulty . If you return goods simply because they don’t fit or you don’t like them, you need to use Tu ‘s pre-paid label but the company then deducts £3.50 from the amount they reimburse you in order to cover the return costs.
